A Long Standing Commitment to Education
Ronald McDonald House Charities of Denver with the support from RMHC Global offer scholarships to students from communities who face limited access to educational and college opportunities. These scholarships are part of the charities' ongoing commitment to education.
How to Apply
The deadline to apply for the 2013 academic year was December 20, 2012. Applicants will be notified of their scholarship award status in May-June 2013. On or about October 1, 2013, graduating high school seniors may apply for a scholarship offered in the 2014 academic year. These scholarships are RMHC®/Scholars, RMHC®/Asia, RMHC®/African-American Future Achievers, and RMHC®/HACER.
RMHC/Asia Scholarship Program
Open to currently enrolled high school seniors who have at least one parent of Asian-Pacific heritage and who are eligible to attend a two- or four-year college, university or vocational/technical school with a complete course of study. Applicants must be legal U.S. Residents, be less than 21 years of age and reside locally.
RMHC African American Future Achievers Scholarship Program
Open to currently enrolled high school seniors who have at least one parent of African American or Black Caribbean heritage and who are eligible to attend a two- or four-year college, university or vocational/technical school with a complete course of study. Applicants must be legal U.S. Residents, be less than 21 years of age and reside locally.
HACER Ronald McDonald House Charities scholarships
Open to currently enrolled high school seniors who have at least one parent of Hispanic heritage and who are eligible to attend a two- or four-year college, university or vocational/technical school with a complete course of study. Applicants must be legal U.S. Residents, be less than 21 years of age and reside locally.
RMHC Scholars
Open to currently enrolled high school seniors who are eligible to attend a two- or four-year college, university or vocational/technical school with a complete course of study. Applicants must be legal U.S. Residents, be less than 21 years of age and reside locally.
